Refund Policy — Miow Live
We want you to live with work that moves you. If a piece doesn't feel right in your space, we make the return process simple.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The work must be in its original condition — unframed pieces must remain unaltered, and framed pieces must be returned in their original protective packaging.
Custom & Limited Editions
Limited edition signed works and custom commissions are final sale, except in cases of damage during shipping. Please inspect your order upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@miowart.com with your order number
- Wait for our return authorization (usually within 24 hours)
- Pack the work in its original packaging
- Ship to the return address provided
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned work, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged in Transit
If your work arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the artwork, then email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
For returns due to your preference, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. For returns due to damage or defect, we cover all shipping costs.
