30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Miow Live purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Custom or personalized orders are final sale
How to Return

- We will provide a return authorization and shipping address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
To exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
