Each MiowArt piece is hand-packed in our studio and shipped with care. Here's everything you need to know about how your work will reach you.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over $200. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and dimensions.
Processing Time
Most works ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. Limited edition and made-to-order pieces may take longer — typically 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your work is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 4–7 business days
- Asia & Pacific: 7–12 business days
- Rest of World: 10–15 business days
These estimates do not include processing time. Customs and duties may extend delivery time for international orders.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Packaging
Every work is wrapped in acid-free archival tissue, packed in custom rigid mailers, and reinforced with corner protectors. Larger framed works are crated where appropriate. We pack as if we were sending the work to ourselves.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your work, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then contact us at hello@miowart.com within 7 days, and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
